| 都道府県別 がん死亡率 |
| 2007年版75歳未満の「がん」による死亡率の都道府県別比較データが 厚生労働省より発表されました。 それによると、がん死亡率の最も高い青森県と、最も低い長野県では、 31ポイントもの違いがありました。 がん死亡率は、人口10万人あたりの「がん」による死亡者の割合を計算したもの。 全国平均は、88.5と前年より1.5ポイント減少しました。 男女別では、男性：116.4（前年118.3）、女性：63.2（前年64.3）でした。 都道府県別では、高齢化率の違いが影響しないよう調整した結果、 死亡率が最も高かったのは、青森県：103.7で、4年連続ワースト1位。 前年より1.4ポイント減少しましたが、男女共に1位となりました。 ワースト2位以下は、佐賀県、和歌山県、大阪県、鳥取県と続きました。 前年を上回ったのは、神奈川県、新潟県、福井県、滋賀県、鳥取県、 島根県、香川県、愛媛県、佐賀県、長崎県の10県。 一方、最も低かったのは長野県：72.7で、1995年以来13年連続1位と なりました。 青森県は、平均寿命も男女とも全国で最も短い。 喫煙率も32％と全国で2番目に高く、塩分摂取量も長年、全国平均より 高い傾向にありました。 県の医療薬務課は「まずはがん検診の普及で早期発見を進めたい。 長期的には生活習慣をどうやって改善してもらうかが課題だ」と しています。 がんを予防するには、1次として生活習慣の改善が大切ですが、 2次予防としては、「定期的ながん検査受診」も重要です。 生活習慣の見直しと共に、定期的ながん検査の週間も身に付けて 欲しいと思います。 ●がん統計都道府県比較 75歳未満年齢調整死亡 国立がんセンター がん対策情報センター |
